We feel that as we already do the majority of work that goes into a HIP, we are best placed to ensure they are done efficiently and accurately.

No, there are no ties, we can just provide a HIP if that is what you want.

Is there any benefit in using you to deal with my sale?

If we deal with your sale we can provide the HIP at cost, this price may vary depending on the size or location of your property but we will not charge you any extra.

How much will my HIP cost?

Prices start at £225 if we are dealing with the sale

What is the benefit to me?

You and your Estate Agent will be given a password to access details of your HIP online and see how it is progressing.

We do endevour to complete your Hip within 7 days of receiving your signed terms of business.

Also as we are local solicitors, and we have prepared the HIP at the outset it could potentially speed up the sale process.
